In December, the Taliban closed the university doors to female students. In an increasing number of countries and contexts, war, conflict and authoritarian regimes prevent students from accessing higher education.

In partnership several actors, SAIH is now working on an innovative project with the aim of study opportunities for Afghan women and other students without access to higher education. We need an engaged, well-organised and independent project coordinator who can contribute to the structured and rapid progress of the project in an exciting start-up phase.

You should have experience from similar work, and knowledge of the Norwegian and international higher education system is desirable.

SAIH is looking for a candidate for an assignment of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension. Start is immediate and the scope is flexible depending on the candidate, corresponding to a 50 - 80 % position. We offer a workplace in nice surroundings with great colleagues in Oslo, but it is also possible to work partially or fully from another location.

The work is paid as a consultancy assignment by further agreement.
