Pre-meeting Part 1
Time: Thursday, April 23, 16:00–18:00
Location: SAIH’s office, Grønlandsleiret 25
SAIH invites all Annual Meeting participants to a two-part pre-meeting. On the first day, you will receive information about how the Annual Meeting is conducted, have the opportunity to ask questions about the different agenda items, and get an introduction to meeting procedures. There will also be a chance to get to know the candidates running for election to the Executive Committee.
Pre-meeting Part 2
Time: Friday, April 24, 10:30–12:00
Location: Frivillighetshuset, Christian Kroghs gate 10
Day two includes a review of meeting procedures and a test of the digital voting and meeting platform (MyMeet).
We encourage all delegates to participate. The pre-meeting ends with lunch, before the official meeting start at 13:00.
Registered participants will receive more information by email after the registration deadline has passed.
