Registration – Annual Meeting 2026

Pre-meeting Part 1

Time: Thursday, April 23, 16:00–18:00
Location: SAIH’s office, Grønlandsleiret 25

SAIH invites all Annual Meeting participants to a two-part pre-meeting. On the first day, you will receive information about how the Annual Meeting is conducted, have the opportunity to ask questions about the different agenda items, and get an introduction to meeting procedures. There will also be a chance to get to know the candidates running for election to the Executive Committee.

Pre-meeting Part 2

Time: Friday, April 24, 10:30–12:00
Location: Frivillighetshuset, Christian Kroghs gate 10

Day two includes a review of meeting procedures and a test of the digital voting and meeting platform (MyMeet).


We encourage all delegates to participate. The pre-meeting ends with lunch, before the official meeting start at 13:00.

Registered participants will receive more information by email after the registration deadline has passed.

We are inviting you to a breakfast seminar before the Annual Meeting on April 24, from 08:30–10:00. If you would like to attend, please check below.

SAIH encourages all travelers to make environmentally friendly choices. Please choose train or bus if there are good alternatives for you. Travel expenses for train and bus will be reimbursed after the Annual Meeting. If you need to travel by plane, SAIH will book the trip. Fill in your information below.

We will try to book as close as possible to your preferred time, but price will be decisive. Inform us of important considerations in the comment field. You may also add your frequent flyer membership number here.

As a general rule, SAIH books 2- or 4-person rooms for those who need accommodation. If you have valid reasons for needing special arrangements and cannot share a room, please specify this in the comment field.

Please make sure not to list someone who is also attending SAIH’s Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting approves delegates who have registered by the deadline, checked in, and have authorization from one of SAIH’s members to represent them. One authorization form must be submitted per member. The form can be uploaded here or sent directly to: am@saih.no

I understand that this registration is binding. If I cancel after the registration deadline or do not attend, I will personally cover the costs the organization has incurred for travel, accommodation, and meals. The President or Vice President of SAIH may approve that SAIH still covers the costs if valid reasons and/or a medical certificate are provided.
