Registration
All local chapters may send two delegates with voting, speaking, and proposal rights, as well as two observers with speaking and proposal rights.
Other SAIH member organizations may send one delegate with voting, speaking, and proposal rights, and one observer with speaking and proposal rights.
Registration deadline is March 17.
How to run for election in SAIH

Here you’ll find everything you need to know to run for election in SAIH.
SAIH’s election committee is now working to find candidates for positions of trust in SAIH for the 2026/2027 term. The election itself takes place at SAIH’s annual meeting April 24–25 in Oslo.
Proposal forms
In the forms below, you may submit proposals for resolutions and amendments to SAIH’s governing documents up until the annual meeting.
Proposals for resolutions
Deadline: March 11. Proposals submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the board and sent out with the annual meeting documents. Proposals submitted after the deadline will be sent by email and made digitally available with the other proposals.
Amendments to statutes and principle program
Deadline: March 13. Amendment proposals must reach SAIH centrally no later than 6 weeks before the annual meeting; therefore, the final submission deadline is March 13. It is not possible to propose changes after this deadline.

During the annual meeting, SAIH will use the platform MyMeet for voting and handling proposals. This makes voting and participation efficient and accessible. Delegates will receive information by email about how to use the digital platforms.

SAIH must be a safe organization. In SAIH, we show respect for all people and work to ensure the organization is inclusive and embraces diversity.
